Patty Wong joined Loftin | Bedell P.C.  in 2006 as the Firm’s senior transactional paralegal.

Patty has extensive experience in preparing, negotiating, reviewing, and finalizing residential and commercial transactions for developers, real estate investment trusts, and financial institutions which includes: title due diligence, surveys, loan documentation, entity review, lease agreements, and all other real estate documents necessary to complete transactions.

In addition, Patty has experience in drafting and enforcing governing documents for homeowners’ associations and developers. She handles the numerous aspects of business transactions, including: the preparation of incorporation documents, the completion and filing of the IRS Form SS-4 to obtain an Employer Identification Number, and the preparation of other transactional legal documents, including corporate minutes, board resolutions, 501(c)(3) applications, and employment agreements. Patty also assists the Firm’s attorneys in the preparation and filing of UCC Financing Statements and the maintenance of corporate minute books.

Prior to joining the Firm, Patty was a Senior Paralegal with the prestigious San Francisco-based law firm, Pillsbury Winthrop LLP, and was an Assistant Vice President with Wells Fargo Bank. At Pillsbury, Patty was responsible for handling all real estate transactional matters relating to real estate, construction development, title, and real estate finance. She also assisted the attorneys and corporate legal analysts with entity formation for corporations, limited liability companies, and tax-exempt entities. During her fifteen-year tenure with Wells Fargo, she was responsible for title due diligence, entity review and documentation for a portfolio of commercial, industrial, and residential loans in excess of $150 million.
